Good package for both employment and layoff. Emphasis on DE&I which is lacking in many companies in SG.
Cons

Manpower reduction trap, they plan you to promote to the new role after that when you assume a new role you are deemed ineffective by the incoming and therefore tipped to be layed off. The HR based in the HQ in KL only cares about retaining malaysian chinese and malays, even moving them to lucrative management position in malaysia or US.
