Great people to work with. Many many are professionals in their field with their fingers on the heartbeat of the industry.

Cons

Some executives are a little challenging to deal with and some middle management are even more difficult, some with bigger egos than needed.

Good extra legal advantages, good company culture on the overall, good training package (soft skills), beautiful environment (Park, Sport Centre), good colleagues, learn of work methodologies.

Cons

Middle management is control-freak, too much administration for some things, use of old technologies, some departments fighting against each others (depending on the managers).
