      Very very good benefits.. Makes you stick longer...majority work force has been working longer than 10 years... Very good health plan..

      Cons

      No upside movement after certain level.. Majority of the senior management has been with company 20+ years.. No one leaves...

      Pros

      Excellent benefits and vacation policy. Excellent 401K plan. Job security and stability. 100% health insurance and no paycheck deduction.

      Cons

      No career growth. You would be stuck in a single level for years and years. There is no standard promotion policy. Poor salary increments. Poor bonus percentage. Work life balance basically depends on the team you are in.

      Pros

      truly global, multicultural company - strong franchise; SWIFT business card opens doors few people ever walk through. High salaries, travel opportunities.

      Cons

      cooperative status and its board make it very conservative, even outside the core messaging business, where failure can indeed not be an option. Office politics, bureaucracy, underestimated ignorance prevent success of all new products bar a few, since many years.
