Pros
- People are nice in general; - Good benefits and market conform salary but not as competitive as before; - Nice working environment, especially in BE (sports centre and swimming pool); - Good work/life balance.
Cons
- Young people are underpaid and older people overpaid. This explains why the average working age is relatively high and many young people do not stay; - No incentive to work hard because it's simply not rewarded. This results in too many people doing the bare minimum and the best and brightest elements leaving the company; - Limited growth opportunities; - Absurd appraisal system. Mid year and year end reviews are a joke. Just a collective waste of time. The majority of the bonus pool go to a happy few: the Execs and their acolytes; - HR is really poor; - Too much middle management that adds little to no value; - Very political company. Not meritocratic. Rampant favouritism. - Too many changes and too much instability.
