Pros

Very good healthcare plan Truly global and diverse company

Cons

For US employees they invented the concept of zero pay increase if you met your objectives, meaning you’re effectively falling behind compensation-wise every year Worst CEO swift ever had, the company is not behind him. Destroyed US leadership Clueless about how to make hybrid model work, between work from home and onsite presence Brain drain due to low pay

Pros

Good Benefits - Company phones - Good medical coverage - Work life balance

Cons

- Used to be a great working place until agile transformation took place. - Lack of direction from management. Agile transformation was deemed successful by management. But more people left after agile transformation in some tribes, despite pandemic. - Visibility is above everything. Management only appreciates those who are good at showcasing and talking. Many hardworking and talented people left because of this. - Agile is supposed to break the silos but in fact more silos created, thanks to the bad agile tribe setup. Lack of cohesion among squads within the same tribe. - More meetings after agile transformation, yet no tangible output produced. - Some agile coaches do not have software development or project management experiences, only have theoretical knowledge of agile and blindly chasing after the numbers. - Lack of career growth opportunities especially after agile transformation. It's a fact and yet management is still trying to deny it. Another cause of poor employee retention.

Pros

There is no direct competitor so the company has the monopoly thus very stable in terms of earnings. The list of projects pending is so long as you could be book for a year straight. Lots of learning opportunities.

Cons

Upper management are mostly white and executives from Belgium are really young and don't have much experience on how to run their designated units. HR are useless they only know how to check if you are fully utilise and you filled up all your time for each project. The only training available is the web base training. They dont have a time to send you for proper training because there is a large backlog of projects. We have a very slow internet connection which is really frustrating. And our test servers in Malaysia is really slow to the point of unusable. For a company this big where there is no proper test beds then it is a disaster waiting to happen. Working here is very frustrating as people don't help each other. We are all too busy and we have our own deadline to meet. If you are a newcomer then good luck the politics inside the company is the worse I've ever seen. I'm running out the door after I finish my project. My recommendation avoid at all cost regardless how much they offer its not worth it.
