Our rewards, benefits and pay are competitive and I would be interested to hear from you regarding "restrictive PTO" and "penny pinching culture" as we do work hard to ensure we are competitive as possible. The performance review process is designed to provide a formal opportunity twice a year between managers and team members to discuss what has been achieved and how results have been achieved. Of course we encourage performance feedback in the moment and regularly as you suggest and the intention is for this to be motivational and corrective too, as necessary. We have lots of opportunities to grow and build your career at Sage, from our leadership programme, to mentoring at Sage to Linda.com. Also, during your development conversation with your manager, use this as an opportunity to discuss how you would like to develop. There are some great tools to guide you in the Sage Academy. We agree with you that Sage is very well respected; we have great colleagues and products, although being an established industry leader we are not complacent and we need to keep raising our game. Our values include ‘Do the Right Thing’ and this means our honesty and integrity is how we gain confidence and trust. We get a lot of positive feedback from colleagues about how good our benefits are and great work life balance. With respect to salary, commission and targets we believe are competitive in the market and there is plenty of opportunity to become successful and earn, plus excel - this is being demonstrated right now with over 100 of our colleagues attending our Platinum Elite event - they are in Dubai right now celebrating their awesome achievements!
