Pros

There aren't many pros. This organisation is very inward thinking and not very people orientated.

Cons

Bully culture and poor leadership from senior manager. most people feel Sage will always be top of their game and have taken their eye off the outside world.

Thanks for your review. Bullying is not tolerated here at Sage, it goes against everything we stand for. Pros

You get a paycheck and a cubicle.

Cons

Paychoice, management and leads unprofessional. Act like middle schoolers. Gossip and backstabbing are common. Need to get rid of excess managers/leads and hire workers that actually work not favorites you cover for.

Pros

The best part of this company would be the amount of volunteer time or community service time off. Now shifting to become a stronger part of the software market while branding the name Sage.

Cons

Too many changes too fast that impacted the process. Many changes were made which seem to not have been thought out well. Customer impact and loyalty have made it very difficult to impliment those changes. Many top professionals have gone on to better paying opportunites. Moral is very low. Leadership seems to be on another planet including the change of CEO. I once thought I would remain here until I retire, however that is no longer an option.
