      Pros

      Lovely building, all very modern and comfy. Mostly decent people, including the managers.

      Cons

      Emphasis very much on selling, even as technical support it would appear support is second to been able to cross sell/up sell. No overtime paid if you get stuck on a call past your time. Time in lieu only which is a pain. Very repetitive after a while. Insufficient staffing levels on the phones, month end is a complete mare!

      Pros

      Great people to work with and good social club. Great place to work as a stepping stone to move on to better things.

      Cons

      Very rigid company. Very hard for changes to be made. Very limited opportunities. Struggling to become the big company the CEO wants it to be. Senior management does not welcome feedback or empower you to speak. Very disjointed and segmented company structure. Too many tools to try get anything done, and using various software and platforms with no consistency. Refuse to change when things going wrong due to politics and vested interests

      Pros

      The company has great people who want to do the right things, provide flexibility, and pretty good benefits for what's out there.

      Cons

      Need to create a vision and stay the course but due to the executive revolving door, it has been difficult to make much tractiont. Ongoing restructuring is distracting and disruptive.
