Pros

was hired as remote and get to have that honored, but have been openly told no career progression because of remote status. decent pay

Cons

Leadership instability: Seven manager changes during my relatively short tenure. Unrealistic targets: A sales quota set at 1,100% growth (not a typo). Slow product development: Getting anything actioned on the product side takes far too long. Product management turnover: Three product manager changes, resulting in no meaningful deliverables in over three years. Misaligned hiring priorities: Greater emphasis on DEI optics than on hiring people positioned to drive growth. Internal vs. customer focus: More energy spent on internal events than on product enhancements. Lack of accountability (the biggest issue): No one takes ownership. Responsibility gets passed around constantly — for example, client cancellations going unprocessed because they impact someone's numbers. Managers have openly encouraged pushing the work onto someone else rather than handling it.

Pros

Good benefits - Though the base medical cover is poor, so you have to pay more if you really intend to utilise it. Nice offices. Good pay.

Cons

3 days a week in office are strict and enforced. End of year bonus is dependent on company performance across the business, despite being in a role which has no impact on business performance.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad that there are several aspects of your experience that you value, including your pay, benefits, and our office spaces. At the same time, we recognise that ways of working and recognition structures also have an impact on overall satisfaction. Our approach to hybrid working is designed to support collaboration and connection, which is why we’ve continued to invest in our office environments to help colleagues feel energised by the spaces, build stronger relationships, collaborate more on projects, and do their best work. We also understand that individual circumstances can vary, so we encourage you to speak with your manager if your circumstances would benefit from additional flexibility or adjustments, as they are there to support you. Our bonus structure includes an element linked to company performance, alongside a meaningful portion based on individual contribution. Like our wider compensation and benefits, we review this regularly to help ensure it remains fair and reflects both personal performance and broader business outcomes. We appreciate you sharing your experience with us.
