      Decent base pay Excellent Colleagues

      Cons

      Bonuses and pay rises have been decreasing year on year. ELT are quick to blame failures on staff and refuse to acknowledge their role in any shortcomings. This company no longer cares for its employees' work life balance, or about retaining good staff.

      Great product. Really struggles with leading people internally.

      Pros

      Sage products get rave reviews and SMB's really benefit from them. Sage is very tech-forward and is heavily invested in their AI technology.

      Cons

      In my department, there is terrible leadership and accountability. No one knows what they are supposed to be working on or why. Projects get started and dropped. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. There are no consistent best practices on how teams work together, internal communications, consistent documentation, measuring impact, etc.

      Great culture and opportunity to make good money. A lot of room for growth and promotion. Hard work is recognized.

      Cons

      BDR org needs work. Top performers lack integrity and leadership turns a bound eye to keep numbers up.
