      Pros

      When I first started I was amazed at the level of detail that was going into what I would consider simple kids games. I have found that each new project/activity made is internally and externally reviewed and analyzed by game designers and educators to make sure kids take away the right positive lesson as well as making it fun. Everyone has a passion to create the best possible experiences for kids of all ages, and that attitude is inspiring.

      Cons

      Although the office is wonderfully decorated, it's a bit small and fractured by departments. There's a general mixing area, but I found myself sticking mostly to my department/team.

      Pros

      Sago Mini is a sweet midpoint between a startup and a corporation. It isn't too small nor too big. Therefore we get the best of both worlds. - Work/Life balance is great - Fun and collaborative people - Focus on building great products - Flexibility for remote/hybrid work - New office is amazing

      Cons

      Being a relatively small company, there are less growth opportunities. It isn't small enough to collaborate on everything nor big enough to grow with a team.

      - Amazing culture. I've never met such a caring group of co-workers - Work with people who not only extremely talented but also extremely passionate about the products they're building - Kids come in to playtest our apps every Thursday - Best management/leadership I've ever worked with - Opportunity to grow and try new things - Tons of exposure - Awesome perks!

      - None that I can really think of...
