People at Sago Mini genuinely care about making products for little kids and put a lot of heart, empathy, and solid thinking into doing work that could play a formative developmental role. The team has grown over the years but most work is still accomplished in tight-knit teams that share creative decision making while coming at the work from their own skill set. Team culture is real and people bond over both work and shared interests. It has helped make the best of a trying time for everyone.

Cons

With company growth, there are business challenges that sometimes tug at morale but they are handled with a fairly high degree of transparency and honesty.
