      Get to learn lots of new things and travel to different places as its a big company. established company and a stable job.

      Cons

      Efforts and results and not being recognized equally and opportunities are usually being given to preferred individuals. Management are not really approachable to the ground level people.

      Their benefit package is awesome! Their compensation is up to par with the industry and at least in my department there is room for growth.

      Cons

      Other departments do not allow room for growth and sometime the attitudes of the managers can be a little anti-social.
