Fantastic diversity within the company as well as a great supportive HR team. Lots to do every day!

Cons

Communication within departments could be improved upon. Standardizing of document control procedures would allow for more time efficient work.

There really arent any pros re: this company. Its just a paycheck. Get out as soon as you can find something else.

Cons

The HR Dept. was a train wreck and the Italians that run the place are terrible to work for and it makes for horrible working conditions.
