      Pros

      Good salary, good opportunities to learn and grow, exposure to megaprojects, exposure to multinational work culture, identifies your true potential and value and appreciate your abilities and contributions as per tier 2 below.

      Cons

      There are two tiers in company: (1) Italians on top of pyramid like kings (2) Everyone else is slave. Rules are different for both tiers. An Italian will always be your boss even if they don't know anything....just because they are Italian. They take credit for everything good and blame slaves for everything bad.

      Above average salary, with projects all over the world and some flexibility as to which project you wish to work on, some training opportunites

      Cons

      Management not open about direction or future of company, HR department often picking on small issues and inflexible
