      They let you do your job without too much resistance.

      Cons

      They love TFW's there. They don't like Canadian supervision. They speak everything except English. Very disrespectful.

      Pros

      Saipem offers financial stability and it is very difficult to loose your job once unlimited contract is signed. There is a degree of freedom in the company but once you cross the limits it is hard to re-earn the trust.

      Cons

      the ideas are always changed as a project in ongoing and there is no one that will follow up that all engineers/operation team will respect the ideas set at the beginning. every meeting new ideas are broth forward and old ones are discarded without trying to reach the end with one idea.
