      Pros

      Saipem is a company where International standards are practiced. All individual are given equal chance to prove themselves. Saipem offers importance to it"s employees welfare in terms of remuneration, living conditions, leave cycles and enhance career advancement training.

      Cons

      I do not feel any reason that are negative in my days at Saipem. If any inconvenience or difference of opinion arises the management involves and takes necessary steps to keep the integrity among employees as well as with customers.

      Pros

      Not stress free but working "environment" is good, most of employees are well prepared, good benefits like canteen, take away services

      Cons

      No development for the employees at all, either you have connection with the "correct" people or you are dead, you risk to repeat the same kind of job throughout many consecutive years
