      Pros

      Large company with great opportunities for learning.

      Cons

      Unfair and outdated employee performance assessment. As a local subsidiary outside the company HQ, we had a very small participation on the development of the company global and main products. Local management did not notice serious relationship problems among staff members, and any action was taken against it. Salary was admittedly low compared to the local job market.
