      Pros

      Big company with a great brand in the market as far as end users are concerned. Most big company benefits, like salary and benefits

      Cons

      Very poor management, almost completely dominated by Koreans. If you are not Korean, it is almost impossible to get anywhere in the company.

      Safe job, won't layoff during downtimes Some of the projects are quite interesting to work on People can get exposure to a lot of different technologies in the embedded domain

      Cons

      No technical leaders with lots of experience in any domain Recently removed flexi-timings while Samsung HQ in Korea switched to flexi-timing Depending on the skill level pay may not be too good No clarity on growth or what you might be doing 6 months down the line
