Pros
I'd say that the compensation is good
Cons
Not really a friendly environment and old fashioned way of thinking (ie forget about remote work also about your paternity leave, D&I what is this? and so forth), lot of pressure and not really the support needed to meet the targets, systems are archaic so a lot of time is waisted doing things that are not your role and there's no interest to hear ideas for improvement.
