      Good promotion opportunities for younger people.

      Cons

      Too aggressive when it comes to selling. Area managers who aren't able or are unwilling to foster talent. The customer doesn't always come first. Sales is the be all and end all.

      Good support from the financial market team, flexible schedule and opportunity to establish good contacts and relations with the several investors

      Cons

      sometimes the work was a bit repetitive and the workload was not well distributed as a consequence of the economic situation we are living nowadays
