Pros

Since it is still an organization with many improvements to be put in place, growing in a fast-paced fashion is a possibility using the correct skills (more people than technical ones)

Cons

Meritocracy is not the prevailing and ultimate feature of the company. Basically, the bank fails to recognize and grasp the talents within the organization. International exchange experiences (short and long term) for a worldwide company is also a point to be improved

Pros

Good resources in terms of budget, huge infrastructure related to number of people. Good IT resources as well as Human Resources.

Cons

Work was on a 24-7 basis always, although not always really necessary. It's more the Group's way of working. Not sure it's worldwide, seems more a local habit.
