      Pros

      International, American dream mentallity: the sky was the limit.

      Cons

      Was a good place to work till 2012 but since ... you work for the min. salary, with no clear objectives or structure in the organisation. Management changes constantly, aswell as employees, with fluctuation rate 80% per year. No flexibility for home working or families. Selling in a very hard competitve environenment with hard to sell more expensive added values. The decision managers are in the USA, they apply US-style management, have a poor knowledge of the européan habits and laws.

      Pros

      Great work environment, friendly co-workers and open communication between all levels of management. Good flexibility when it comes to lunch hours, breaks and vacation time.

      Cons

      Compensation not on par as you continue to advance within the company, entry-level hours (i.e. 11:30 to 8:30) are not preferred and limited opportunities for advancement long term.
