      Met some good people within the company

      Pay structure, most management seemed to be tenured employees that "failed upwards" and was little to no help, constant reorganization allowed for no upward mobility in the company

      Pros

      Great coworkers. Some great managers. If you want fast paced this is the job for you.

      Cons

      In financial services, the better your hours (generally) the harder the portfolio. You will mostly never be caught up since this is a collections and underwriting role and generally you have hundreds of accounts in your portfolio and hundreds of emails a day. It gets hectic. You've just got to have the right skillset for this role and unfortunately I did not.
