Seabreeze Management reviews

I know for a fact that I've written a review for this company before on Glassdoor, but now it magically disappeared... Management is non-existent, they hire anyone off the street with no experience thus causing issues for yourself because you're constantly training people only for them to quit or get fired within a month due to the lack of resources. Also the mangers themselves, are severely unqualified, they don't bother learning the building's policies and make rules up whenever they please. Constant overtime due to coworkers not showing up and management failing to find coverage.

I would say the only con seabreeze has is not enough clients in the high desert of california
