Walking on eggshells all the time while being overworked drastically.
Pros
PTO to an extent. Other companies bring goods every once in a while. Not micromanaged by department manager. If you shake the right hands, you will be loved temporarily. If not, then expect to be just another one. Insurance benefits are competitive in the industry but not across all industries. Company growth seems to be limitless.
Cons
No one really covers your work while you are on PTO. Come back to a surplus of emails and missed calls leading to negative reviews which makes you regret taking the time off. Micromanaged by the Account Executives you work with while they are overworked themselves. Environment is a revolving door that just sucks in new employees and shuns off the employees that have been burnt out. Extremely high turnover. No real change is made from department manager as there is no genuine appreciation. While company growth is extremely apparent, the internals(associate managers, CSRs, and Account Executives) continue to be turned over at a scary rate. Feels like CEO is trying to fluff the company’s look to sell to another investor.
