      Pros

      Some of the residents on the properties are really nice people

      Cons

      Extremely stressful working environment which has severely impacted the health of multiple employees at the bottom rung of the business Basically no support from management on a myriad of issues Not sure what their purpose as a company is other than to pocket the money the folks at the bottom doing the work are generating value for them Don't value prior work experience. Pay and available resources are inadequate.
