      Autonomy to solve problems, stability, excelent coworkers .

      Cons

      Culture of doing things mostly for short period of time and forgetting the whole situation and impacts in the future. Moreover it's really difficult to get a wage increase, even if you recieve a lot of extra responsabilities.

      I could say the flexibility is the best part but also the coworkers. I like the opportunity to create environment too.

      The problem is in between developers and directors: the managers. They usually brake the evolution and innovation.
