Managerial level is super weak.
They don't do software for years and no manager has deep knowledge in software field.
They use a lot of buzzwords (Big Data, IoT, etc) but produce very little actual products that leverage those technologies.
Strict control for working hours (you have to work exactly 8.5h per day, even if you stare at the monitor for hours), very little concern about work quality, they rely on work hours (effort) for everything (project management, estimation, cost, etc).
You also have to discriminate how much time you spend on each task each day, up to the minutes. If you only discriminate 6h of your work day, expect an e-mail from your manager asking you to fix your hour sheet.
