Pros

Great platform to work on, Fred Luddy had it right back in 2004 obviously! It's flexible, rewarding and fun to work in the ServiceNow environment. Also, the ServiceNow instance and the community around ServiceNow are great!

Cons

Managers; - too many brought in from old company structures - condescending attitude towards employees - doesn't recognize talent and effort

Excellent company with very good product and capacity to continue growing in this market, being one of the cloud companies with potential to grow more in the following years

The sales model is new in the company with high growth and have some challenging objectives to have a more efficient sales organization.
