Pros

Everything is organized in automated flows and it is really easy to get yourself onboarded. Employee experience is amazing. You know what you need to do next. You find all the tools to execute your job. Teamwork is great!

Pros

The company really allows you to be and act in the best way so that you can express yourself as a professional. The culture and environment are extremely inclusive. There is no hidden agenda, and everyone aims for collective success and company growth. All these itens makes the sense of belonging very strong, and fast. But the fast part will largely depend on how open the new employee is to breaking past mental ties from other experiences to embrace the ServiceNow culture.
