      Pros

      Employees are in more than 10 years so it`s confortable beacause it`s a second family.

      Cons

      There is a very difference between First Line and the leftovers (98% of the company). They show the difference all day. They do not promote grow: common employees are in the same position for more than 10 years... These people are comfortable but don't ambitious.

      Great Training, need to work on employee relations!

      Pros

      Servier culture has a friendly, family feel. Training is excellent. Products are great, even though provincial coverage was difficult.

      Cons

      Very rigid corporate and sales structure, all territories (regardless of province and location) are expected to fit into corporate mold, despite regional differences. Being surprised with a email stating that all annual raises would be eliminated was tough to swallow. Product launch processes and planning was inadequate and new products suffered. Reimbursement challenges were compounded by lack of preparation and foresight. Promotions and opportunity to advance were severely limited.

      Pros

      Great group of people to work with - Very good ambiance The facility is good Great benefits and good amount of holidays compare to other places

      Cons

      No career progression possible unless you are part of a certain "elite" who always seems to get promoted and put forward in communications Members of the OMT are allowed to do whatever they want and get whatever they want. Normal workers didn't have this opportunity. Because there is no career progression some people are ready to destroy you as they feel threatened by you
