      Highly motivated professional team. Excellent work culture. Very Employee centric work atmosphere. Compensation is the best in the industry

      Used to be slow to adapt to changes. That has changed now. Still probably the best place for an excellent career in Pharma

      Flexible working conditions with the ability to earn good money if you put the time and energy in. If you work hard it is often recognised.

      Cons

      Not many opportunities for career development. Small company. Big on return on investment so cuts have been noticeable in the past year.
