      safe environment and good compensation you can work the bare minimum without been reprimanded

      Cons

      no innovations, declining global sales year after year closed french management circle controlling all business processes old fashion management philosophies implemented closed from people coming from outside limited career opportunities

      I have worked at Servier Egypt (IT Dept.) - A Very professional multi-national environment. - Everything is well planned. - Good salaries. - A very stable company to work for.

      Cons

      - In my Dept, there was (and still) no promotions (you may work 10 years with the same title). - The work load is very very very high (you may work for continuos 14-18 hours every day).
