      Pros

      Very nicely developed and competitive ethical pharmaceutical products. Good degree of employees respect. Comprehensive training. International presence.

      Cons

      Lack of marketing investment. Low level of cultural interpretation. Centralized management. Lack of career opportunities for non-french collaborators. Strong corporative politcs. Lack of professionalism (expertise) at the top management level.

      Pros

      - Pretty good starting salary - Lots of employee benefits and initiatives, good lunches, organized social events and helpful HR - Good work-life balance, no expectation to work long hours or weekends - Middle management is very open to discussion and feedback - Some talented people trying to improve things

      Cons

      - Extremely poor IT infrastructure and support, no internet access, the sort of place people still print out their emails - Stifling bureaucracy and heavy hierarchy, takes weeks for simple things to get done - Lack of opportunities for training and advancement - Lots of talk of innovation, but still feels 10 years behind competitors - Very conservative higher management
