Pros
Healthcare is decent, pretty in line for industry similar with their 401k match, but their provider is not great Compensation is near average, but long term incentive is laughable
Cons
Miserable work culture, long hours, lack of investment in technology, lack of adequate resources. Leadership segregates themselves in a corner of the office, those who speak up against flaws are reprimanded and gaslit that the processes in place are already efficient, hours on end of no value add "work", lack of management which comes from their lack of pedigree and professionalism. Unfortunately I rolled the dice on a smaller company thinking I would have more of a voice and opportunity for career advancement, but found the opposite. Simply, stay away.
