good place to learn as a junior. but with the lack of stability, might as well go for other chinese tech companies like t*kt*k for higher pay
Cons
Management is incredibly stingy, obsessed with micromanaging employees instead of trust. They track daily attendance like we are children, and continually slash snacks in the pantry in the name of cost-cutting. HR also lowballs pay The environment is toxic and unstable. People are let go every year for no reason, creating a culture of constant fear where no one feels secure. Morale is low and management shows zero regard for staff well-being.
