      Company's growth hides cultural issues.

      Pros

      A great place to accelerate one's learning, because the company is loosely structured. The lack of proper structures makes it easier to take initiative to expand your scope. And because the scale of the business is huge and still growing, there are many opportunities to drive change and much data to support it.

      Cons

      But you may struggle to do the right thing. The lack of structure is a result of poor governance. This allows some heads to prioritize personal needs over business needs. For example, capital is allocated based on personal connections rather than on merit. Or mistakes are concealed with false details. You will be caught between supporting such behavior or being retaliated against.
