      Gives high salary to new employees but does not give worth to old employees

      Pros

      - young environment, good for people who are in their 20's - plug and play, get exposed to work right away - provides end-to-end work

      Cons

      - tend to hire bad management - heads are not hand-on - corruption in the office gets unnoticed - not strict with auditing - salaries of the same job are not even in the same bracket of salary
