- You're given everything you need to succeed - Perks are fantastic - The work is interesting due to the scale of the business

Cons

- Some inexperienced managers who have no idea how to lead - Very boxed in architecture, select few make the decisions who lack experience at scale - Atmosphere is somewhat "clicky", almost like high school

the most amazing company culture fair salary treats their employees very well

Cons

very few non-technical roles if you are interested in moving up. hours (4-12pm) inconsistent weekends. sometime your weekend will be monday and the following sunday. or thursday/friday.
