      - One of the higher paying Canadian companies to work for in tech - Coworkers are great

      Cons

      - Benefits are being cut - Layoffs have depleted teams and rely now too much on AI which has degraded support - Unrealistic deadlines - SLT have lost the plot

      Remote work, some benefits (most have been cut) such as spending account, office set up

      Everything else. Management sucks, CEO is awful, every benefit being cut, fake promotions

      - You get to work with some brilliant and friendly people.

      Cons

      - No job security. You can work there for 10 years with all positive impact reviews, and one morning you're terminated. - The culture is awful now. Not what it use to be. - There's a tremendous amount employees that are completely useless, along with Management. - Leadership not being present for weeks at a time, with constant reasons for missing days. - The company is still doing mass layoffs, however they are done in smaller numbers every month or two. Likely to avoid the negative press.
