      Toxic Tech at its Finest

      Pros

      They've taken away any limited benefits we had, including good parental leave, internet reimbursement and medical premiums have gone up. No real pros to speak of.

      Cons

      This is tech bro heaven, very toxic, only white males get promoted and everyone else is being constantly threatened with layoffs. They've eliminated HR so there isn't even anyone to go to for support with threatening managers and toxic team dynamics.
