      Pros

      It was great at first, prioritise mental health and a trust battery and all that. Salary and benefits was great + remote

      Cons

      They eventually started mini layoffs and it affected our mental health of having to stay on the edge thinking if we are next. Being full time emplioyed there did not give a security as they prioritise BPO or contract staff to cut cost - even if they quality of work they provided was nothing compared to shopifolks. Dont get me started on leadership.
