Remote work. Destination 90. Nice laptop which you have to return if laid off!!!

Cons

Feeling like you work in a coffee shop (not in a sw company). You have to be lucky to land to a good team otherwise you might get to deal with a childish behavior, gaslight, Childish behavior includes no humility and no psychological safety in a team. I believe that leading team got it completely wrong and they are not aware of 20/80 rule. So they run the people for doing stuff which does not matter....
