      Pros

      Very nice and attractive benefits plan

      Cons

      Disorganized and stressing/unhealthy work environment due to lack of mid/long-term planning by mid/upper management. Company has somewhat similar to a career plan, but it's unclear how to get achievements unlocked making it very hard to get salary raises, or promotions.

      Pros

      Easy to tag along with the job and the people. The co-workers are amazing, very enthusiastic people about their jobs. The company had a huge growth and will have a great future at least for the next 10 years.

      Cons

      The company do not present many challenges, especially in the lower levels of hierarchy. The management of people is very poor, being unable to identify the real skills of people and the remuneration package is not compatible with the market.
