      Great salary and benefits; Lot of events and trainings; Opportunities to travel abroad;

      Upper management decisions driven by personal benefits. Lots of unnecessary bureaucracy. Too much security. It's very common to lose one or more days of work because you've been blocked by some security system. Career plan/advise doesn't exist, all promotions are done by political reasons. Bad IT support; If you don't "fit" in the company culture you are going to get fired. Nobody knows what this culture is...

      Benefícios são bons, mas o salário está abaixo do mercado.

      O sidia não é uma empresa para crescer rápido ou obter resultados baseados na meritocracia, pois o crescimento do SIDIA é limitado ao da samsung. Se o SIDIA vendesse a expertise de seus colaboradores para mais projetos fora da samsung, seria uma empresa muito melhor.
