      Pros

      Opportunity to work with a eletronic industry giant and with people from other countries. Best meal and market ticket whem comparing to its local competition. Great office architecture.

      Cons

      Salary below market average. Zero possibility of working full time from home. Lots of narrow thinking from upper and direct management. Very burocratic workflows. Not clear career path inside the company. No need to be a software engineer to perform most of the work.

      - Pays well - Good benefits - Opportunities to travel - Opportunities for courses

      Cons

      - No career plan. Negotiate well or be happy with your salary for the next 5 years - Avoids firing resulting in a lot of toxic people just lingering about - Too much bureaucracy; HR is completely lost and so is IT. - Management is non-existent. They don't know the team at all - It's more important to be at your desk than actually delivering anything - Sweet talking has a higher chance of getting you promoted than actual work - Sometimes there's just no work at all. Too many developers for the projects
