      Pros

      Slack has a terrific product loved by many and is used heavily internally. The employee benefits are better than industry standard!

      Cons

      Salesforce acquisition impacted the morale and culture negatively. Doesn’t seem like there’s a clear vision for the future.

      Fully remote(depending on dept). Great people. Relatively flexible

      Cons

      Salesforce taking them over. Lost Holiday period so you now have to use PTO. The product has suffered from too many releases. Too much-broken functionality at release. Management looks at you as a number on a spreadsheet.
