Pros

Slack turns its values into actionable goals. Lots of room to grow Great management team in CX and Exec levels We use the product we sell and get to test features and provide real feedback With playfulness as a company value, it was a joy to come to work and take on new challenges. The old CEO, Stewart, was someone I followed whole heartedly. Great benefits and good pay, both pre- and post- acquisition.

Cons

Salesforce. It ruined Slack and they (Salesforce) are very resistant to using the product they purchased. It introduced trolling, red tape, slowed down communication with the re-introduction of email (which Slack is supposed to replace), became bureaucratic and ruined what Slack used to be. Even Stewart left.
