Pros

Excellent work life balance! Flexible of time off for your family or other personal obligations. It's a fun sales environment and the new leadership team is super supportive! The "culture" is what you make of it. Some people want to do things like yoga & happy hour, while other people just prefer to leave for the day. The company does what they can to provide a fun atmosphere but it's not for everyone. I love that I can work hours that are best for my schedule knowing that as long as I'm doing my job, no one really bothers me. I love that I can bring my dog to the office, or heck, there are times when I've brought my child in with me because I had no choice. Everyone is super encouraging and wants us to succeed. Since I've worked for corporate companies in the past, I understand how hard it can be to get time away and actually live life, so for me, this company is a blessing for sure! You'll see different reviews posting negative thoughts and to each their own. My suggestion would be to give us a try because you might be one of the people who are a great fit but you won't know if you listen to other people who weren't. I've been here for 4 years and you'd have to kick me out because I'm not going anywhere when I have it this good!

Cons

It's a little far depending where you live so the drive can take over an hour. While we do get a free lunch on Thursday, it would be nice if we had additional funds that we could use on other meals during the week. The insurance is great, but most of us don't do traditional medicine so what we need isn't always covered. I wish we had additional dollars to use towards holistic wellness. It's getting tougher to hit sales goals, however they are constantly inventing new products and ways to help keep the sales going so I'm confident it will work itself out in the near future.
